TERMS OF SERVICE
- After your order is placed you will be given a shipping number within 1-3 business days that will allow you to track your package through USPS.com. If any other circumstances require your order to be shipped at a later date, you will be notified via the email you provided.
- We are NOT responsible for lost/damaged/or stolen items after they have shipped. If an item you've ordered has been marked delivered and is not there, damaged which has caused damage to your item, or lost, contact USPS.
- International Orders are a different process than shipping within the United States. If you are placing an international order, you may be contacted via the email you provided to ensure the process to ship your order is handled correctly.
- Refunds and Exchanges are allowed for items within 14 days if they do not fit, you are not happy with the item in person, or if you just wish to return the item. If the item you're returning is worn, smells of cologne, perfume, laundry detergent, or any other scent that would indicate that the product has been worn, you will NOT be refunded and the item will not be sent back.
- You may ONLY exchange for an item of equal value. In example, if the item you are returning cost $15 you may not exchange it for another item that costs $25. You will NOT receive a store credit for an item you return, you will only be refunded your payment. You will only receive a store credit if it has been arranged by us, and if necessary, you will be contacted via the email you provided.
- If you place an order and a product is out of stock or we do not have the quantity to fulfill your order, you will be contacted via the email you provided to resolve the issue.
- If you are sent the wrong product, wrong size, wrong quantity, or returning a product, BEFORE YOU RETURN THE ITEM(S) contact [email protected] so that the proper information can be obtained to handle your return.
